How to submit your ad:
- Hard copy artwork on 8½x11 paper or smaller in good, clean condition proportionate to the ad size you select. Color copy is OK.
- Business cards in good, clean condition (color OK).
- Plain text with instructions to PLEASE PREPARE AD COPY FOR ME (check box on front of this form). If this box is selected, we will e-mail a sample of the ad to you for proof-reading.
- Electronic file in any of the following types: TIFF, BMP, JPG, GIF, WMF, or PDF.
NOTE: We are not able to accept Word or WordPerfect files as ads. Low-resolution web graphics are unsuitable for reproduction. If ads are submitted in these formats, BHOS will create an ad based on the advertiser’s basic information on this form.
All ads will be printed in black and white.
